Onsite resident managers
Resident manager lives on site and has over 27 years experience and has been manager at lakeville for 17 years. He has also attended several management and storage industry seminars. My assistant manager has over 11 years experience and has been at lakeville the entire time.
Roll up doors
All unit doors are metal roll-up and are as wide as possible for the width of the units. The only exception is the container doors that are 45” wide.
Computer controlled access
Access is controlled by our computer and the access history for each customer is recorded on screen and stored in the hard drive. Should the computer fail, your code will still work. Each customer has their own 7 digit access code.
Month to month leases
All leases are month to month with a one month minimum. Prepay options are available and should you move out early, any full prepaid months will be refunded to you. Partial months cannot be refunded on either prepaid rent or monthly rent.

We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau® and are a member of the local chamber of commerce and the Self Storage Association.
Clean and well maintained facility
The facility is clean and well maintained. All units are constructed with concrete and metal or all metal, depending on the unit.
