Computer Controlled Gate Access System
Access is controlled by our computer and the access history for each customer is recorded on screen and stored in the hard drive. Should the computer fail, your code will still work. Each customer has their own 7 digit access code.
Perimeter Alarms
Lakeville Mini Storage has motion sensors around the fenced areas of the property that detect any movement and activate the siren.
Our resident managers lives on site
Resident manager lives on site and has over 27 years experience and has been manager at lakeville for 17 years. He has also attended several management and storage industry seminars. My assistant manager has over 11 years experience and has been at Lakeville the entire time.

Lakeville Mini Storage is fully fenced and access is controlled and monitored by our computer. Each customer has a unique access code that only works during access hours.
Regular Inspection Rounds
Management conducts regular inspection rounds of the property and conducts a complete lock check of all units severasl times a day.
